About

Michael Cavallaro is an author, artist, mentor, coach, and international speaker who has spent more than 40 years exploring the deeper patterns that shape human experience. His work helps people understand themselves more clearly, recognize the influences operating beneath the surface, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Early in life, Michael realized he had an ability that did not seem common to most people. He could often see things in others that they could not yet see in themselves — emotional patterns, unconscious beliefs, internal conflicts, and hidden strengths that were influencing the way they experienced their lives.

As he worked to understand and transform his own patterns, Michael explored many paths, including spirituality, psychology, human behavior, consciousness, science, emotional healing, and personal growth. Through decades of personal exploration and working closely with thousands of individuals, he began discovering what genuinely helped people create lasting change.

Over time, Michael developed practical tools, perspectives, and processes designed to help individuals better understand themselves, move beyond limiting patterns, and reconnect with the deeper wisdom and potential within themselves.

This exploration eventually led to the creation of several original bodies of work, including Inner Authority Alignment, Human Cosmology, Energetics, and Energetic Fields of Influence (EFI). These frameworks explore the relationship between consciousness, belief systems, the unconscious mind, the body, human experience, and the deeper aspects of the Self.

Michael’s work also explores ancient wisdom through a new perspective, including his exploration of the chakra system as an energetic and experiential framework for understanding human awareness, personal development, and the relationship between the human, soul, and spirit aspects of ourselves.

Through his years of coaching and teaching, Michael discovered that one of his greatest abilities was helping people recognize what they already knew somewhere within themselves but had difficulty accessing, trusting, or expressing. His role became helping translate that inner knowing into something understandable, practical, and useful so individuals could create greater clarity, freedom, peace, and direction in their lives.

This work is not always easy.

Real growth requires a willingness to look honestly at the parts of ourselves we often avoid — fear, shame, grief, guilt, emotional pain, self-judgment, and internal conflict. Yet Michael has repeatedly witnessed that when people become willing to understand themselves more deeply, meaningful transformation becomes possible.

Michael is the author of several books exploring consciousness, relationships, personal transformation, and the human journey. His first published book, The 55 Concepts: A Guide to Conscious Living, established the foundation for much of his later work. While simple in expression, its concepts contain layers of meaning that continue to unfold through a lifetime of reflection and practice. The book has been read and applied by people around the world.

His newest works include The Bear and The Bird: The Illusion of Separation and The Inner Authority of the Chakras: A New Definition of Ancient Wisdom.

Along with his wife, Adele Saccarelli-Cavallaro, and a dedicated team, Michael has worked with individuals, parents, schools, businesses, groups, and organizations in many different settings. His courses, books, workshops, and programs have developed from this lifelong exploration of human potential and transformation.

Today, Michael continues to write, teach, and develop new frameworks designed to help people understand themselves more deeply, reclaim their inner authority, and participate more consciously in the ongoing creation of their lives.

“Michael’s true gift is expressing what each person already knows within their own heart but has difficulty fully seeing or admitting; assisting those who are ready to release what is no longer working so they can live more honestly, fully, and clearly.”
