Judging and Observing

When you go through change and you see all these things that you didn’t want to see or see about yourself or your world, in order to change less painfully you have to just look at it.

Observe it. See what you have learned from it and let it go.

The longer you sit in judgment of it, the longer you hold it. Remember judgment is a form of clutching. It is a form of holding onto. So when you judge something, you hold onto it.

When you become neutral, then there is no judgment; and you don’t hold on to it and it is free to leave. It is all very simple.
